The UCA (Universal Cheerleading Association) Dance Team and Mascot National Championships are held every year in Orlando, Florida. To earn an invitation to the UCA National Championship, a mascot from a university must submit a video highlighting skill levels demonstrated through individual and team performances. The 2003 Capital One All-American Mascot Team is comprised of 12 mascots who were chosen from their highlight video. I worked with the University of Washington's mascot, Harry the Husky to provide an entertaining highlight video that showcased Harry participating in crowd interaction, cheerleading, game situations and city involvement. The highlight video placed 14th in the UCA competition and earned $5,000 for the University of Washington Mascot Program for being chosen to the Capital One All-American Mascot Team.
